LE7EL (“the Project”) is a social gaming platform on financial rails, “a Discord for GameFi”. These Terms of Use are intended to provide clear, transparent guidelines for its Users (“the Users”) usage of the Project’s website and its content, and its Identity or Avatar NFTs or any other NFT or token (collectively “NFTs”). Each time you access the Project’s website by any means (for example, through the Internet or on a mobile device), you irrevocably agree to comply with the version of the Terms of Use posted on the Project’s website at the time you access it. You may not use the Project’s website if you do not agree to these Terms of Use. Any questions can be sent along to the Project’s community members, via Twitter or Discord.
By minting an NFT from the Project’s smart contract, purchasing it off the secondary market (e.g. OpenSea), renewing the rental period of the NFTs, earning, claiming, or otherwise acquiring the NFTs through any other legitimate means or method, collectively called “acquiring”, the User receives full and complete ownership to the NFT, equal to the length of the lease period of each NFT, if said NFT has a lease mechanism. Upon acquiring the NFT, any ownership is immediately transferred to the new User. No refunds shall be issued to any User. In the event that any User acquires an NFT through the secondary market, such as OpenSea, User shall be held accountable and will be bound by the Terms of Use which govern said secondary market platform.
Users acquiring NFTs agree not to hold the project accountable for any losses incurred as a consequence of acquiring an NFT. These potential losses include any gas fees for failed transactions, any excessive gas fees charged due to website or smart contract bugs, and any loss of cryptocurrency, or NFT procurement due to website or smart contract bugs.
While the Project has or will release a roadmap outlining future goals and plans for community development, we cannot guarantee to accomplish every item outlined as ideas and projects evolve organically. You agree that by acquiring an NFT, an NFT is all you are guaranteed to receive, whether through primary or secondary channels. Any future benefits are ancillary and not to be taken into consideration with your initial mint or purchase. You agree that you are not relying on any future commitments by the Project in using this site and acquiring NFTs.
NFTs were created purely as collectibles, not as investment vehicles or substitutes for cryptocurrency. We make absolutely no promise or guarantee that these NFTs will subsequently retain monetary value in fiat, cash or cryptocurrency.
Each User is solely and entirely responsible for any and all jurisdictional taxes, including Federal or State tax liabilities which may arise, be imposed, or enforced as a result of minting or reselling NFTs or tokens.
You agree to waive any class action status. Any legal dispute surrounding the Project can only be pursued on an individual basis under the laws of Norway.
The Project is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any of the communities listed in the Project’s discovery marketplace, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
You confirm that you’re neither citizen nor resident of the United States of America and do not intend to resell NFTs or tokens provided through the Project’s website to residents of the United States. You confirm that you’re not under sanctions of any government and not a politically exposed person (PEP) or their close relative.
You affirm that you have sufficient sophistication, experience, and knowledge to investigate and evaluate the risks involved in participating in NFT and token related activities. You understand the risks of participating in blockchain and distributed ledger technology networks including the risk of unknown vulnerabilities in or unanticipated changes to such networks. You understand the risks of future changes to such networks and agree that the Project is not responsible for any operating changes and is not liable for any loss of value that you may experience as a result of such changes. You have the requisite qualifications to understand such networks’ operations and their risks. You understand the risks involved in purchasing digital assets and you accept such risks.
You understand that any NFTs or tokens acquired through the Project’s website or secondary markets are illiquid. Even though there may be a market for your tokens, you understand that you’re not purchasing immediately tradable NFTs or tokens and may not be able to sell my assets when you choose. You further understand that your NFTs or tokens may lose value before they become tradeable.
You realize that any info given in regards to the Project’s product, token economics, vesting/lock-up and planned token sales are preliminary and may be subject to change.
THE CONTENT ON THE PROJECT’S WEBSITE IS STRICTLY FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. All project participants understand that blockchain networks are public, and all transaction history initiated through the website will be made public. The Project has no influence on secondary marketplaces, such as OpenSea which has independent Terms of Use, should you choose to utilize these sites. You also understand that the Project may work with third-party apps, such as Discord, Twitter, etc., which collect and store user data. Should the Project be required to collect or store data for future activities such as merchandise launches or transfer of any benefits such as airdrops, you will be required to agree to the collection of this data. This provision may be subject to change, when deemed fit by the Project.
